I don’t think anyone appreciates life until something major happen to them. That’s usually how we are in general. We don’t appreciate things until we lose them. I have watched a lot of shows lately and I don’t know if it’s the show or it’s me, but I realize I can’t sit around forever and have things come to me. If I want something, I have to get off my butt and go get them. There are some people that are lucky enough where they have things handed to them but the majority of the people like us need to work our asses off to get what we want.
So start living life and stop pushing things off until tomorrow, because when tomorrow comes you’re just going to push off until the day after.
Anyway as usual, I will like to pay tributes and give credits where they are due. First off, thank you Ratana Satis for blessing us with this great comic, which I’m sure we’ll spend countless of hours reading and fangirling over the 2 characters. I also want to thank the translators and staffs for doing an awesome job. You can read this on Lezhin or if you’re smart you will find some way to read it for free but I’m not promoting it here.
Okay, let’s get started.
Oh, did I mention that this is a yuri? Well, it is.
Wow, did they even talk about marriage yet? Now they’re discussing about kids. Is this a foreshadowing that maybe we can expect kids from them. Ahhh, omygod, imagine little Lynn running around the house calling mommies. (Yeah, I don’t think Mel will be the one carrying the baby).
Aww, my poor baby. Can this girl ever get a break?
Uh-oh, what’s going on?! Don’t tell me anymore bad news, my heart can’t handle it right now. Hospitals don’t want patients to stay in their place too long cause that mean they may use up the bedding area to those who really needs it. If Lynn has to stay, then she really needs it.
Wait, Grace is quitting? So does that mean we’ll never see her again? So does that mean my theory is untrue?
I’m not trying to be mean, but she took a beating to finally understand that love can’t be force. It takes two people to be in a relationship, one-way love will never work.
At least they leave on an amicable ending. I’m not the person to befriend my ex when things go wrong, so I do admire people when they can stay friend with the one they use to love or at least in a friendly term. I’m an all or nothing person, gosh so extreme.
So a certain someone from a certain story gets a fox, Lynn gets a bunny. And the bunny fits her personality too, soft, cute, fragile but hopeful.
The pet names they use for each other is so cute, I wanna barf rainbow.
Mel, you said it and you better keep your promise. I don’t want any drama later on, where you have to leave her because ‘it’s for her own good’ type of bullshits. I watch too much dramas to know these kind of things.
But look, Renny is not impress!! Uh-oh, I can see a fight that’s about to come. Drama, drama, everywhere.
I don’t know why but my heart suddenly feels really heavy from reading this chapter. I also don’t know if it’s because there is a sad song playing in the background while I’m reading this. There is not much going on but for some reason when I think that there is a possibility that Lynn may not make it out alive, my heart suddenly aches.
The chapter started out with a flashback between Mel and Lynn, they were discussing about family and Lynn seemed to like kids. (This could be a foreshadowing.) Mel hesitated and said that a complete family didn’t need kids, all it needed was two loving people loving each other. (True)
Then, Mel met up with Grace. They exchanged a few words and Mel found out that Grace would resign from her job and this could possibly be the last time they would meet. (Maybe.) Grace also admitted that she might have been a little stubborn on love before and she finally learned how to let go of a relationship. They parted on a friendly term.
Last, Renny found out about Mel and Lynn’s relationship and he might not be too happy about it. (Which I don’t blame him. Is not like Mel has a good record of dating in her life.)
I don’t really have much thoughts about this chapter except that love is a funny thing. It’s something you can’t hold or touch but it moves you in a way you can’t explain. It comes to you when you least expect it and leave when you think you had a tight hold on it.
I just hope I don’t cry too much when we get to the climax of the story.
