Pulse Pulse Pulse (Part 20)

Wow, I’m back. It has been a while. Before I continue on, I want to say Happy Belated Thanksgiving and welcome to the holidays. I always find myself enjoying this time of the year, everything and everywhere is just so festive.

Oh my goodness, I’ve been gone for so long, it feels kinda weird sitting here writing again. (I almost forgot Mel’s name when I was typing this. For a second I thought her name was Rebecca. What?!)  Hope you guys and girls had a wonderful time over the break and enjoy your time with your love ones. I did.

I ate, I partied and I paid. I paid for shopping. Goodness, I went on a shopping spree on Black Friday and stuffs were not even on sale that much.

So now I’m broke. But that’s okay cause I enjoy myself and that’s all it matters.

I’m glad to be back and once again able to enjoy and discuss our favorite comic together. And we started off with a bang, literally.

Like the usual, I will like to pay tributes and give credits where they are due. First off, thank you Ratana Satis for blessing us with this great comic, which I’m sure we’ll spend countless of hours reading and fangirling over the 2 characters. I also want to thank the translators and staffs for doing an awesome job. You can read this on Lezhin or if you’re smart you will find some way to read it for free but I’m not promoting it here.

Okay, let’s get started.

Oh, did I mention that this is a yuri? Well, it is.

After a while of hiatus, the first thing I see is a bloody helmet. Okayyy, Mel. Okayyy.

Gurrrl, I hope you’re okay. Please tell me you’re okay. If you ruin your hands for this asshole, I’m going to be really mad.

Is it even legal to carry a taser around?

This guy can’t even fight and he is talking shit. He is about to get his ass kick.

Oohh, Mel is about to get real.

OH HELL NOOO! You make a cut on my Mel’s pretty face?! Nu-uh, someone better hold me back I’m about to fight this bitch.

Oh damn! Mel just turns super saiyan.

Well actually, he shouldn’t sleep with any girls in the first place, period.

~Mel is getting angry and someone deserves it.~

That must have hurt so bad. As much as I don’t like him, Mel I hope you didn’t kill him. It’s not him I care about, I care about you. The last thing I want is for you to go to jail because of this wacko.

In amiss of everything, she still thinks about her girl. That’s some true love right there.

Mel, why are you ringing the door bell? Don’t you have a key? And are you running around with your bloody shirt on? What happen? I’m just asking these questions for Lynn cause that’s what probably going through her mind.

Mel, gurl, you know I love you but I love Lynn a little more. If you make my girl sad because you didn’t think before you act, I’m going to slap you. (I kid, I’m not going to slap you but I will do something.)

Wrap Up

Wow, this chapter, very violent but very satisfying. (Don’t misunderstand, I am no way supporting violence. I am a lover not a fighter, unless the other person is an asshole then all bets are off.)

So everyone gets the gist of the chapter, right? Mel beats the shit out of the arrogant asshole, who thinks he can fight cause he’s a man and walks around with a taser. He’s trying to be a bad ass but clearly he sucks at it.

Mel, while confronting the dude, might have gotten a little emotional because I sensed someway, somehow Mel blamed herself for what happen to Grace. Otherwise, she wouldn’t track down this guy and confronted him.

After reading this chapter, I can’t help but think that something bad is going to happen to Mel. From previous chapter, Ratana has shown security camera around the back. We don’t know if the camera works but I have a feeling it does. If the camera does work, does it shows what happen with the whole situation or was it at an angle that only shows Mel knocking down the guy and her hitting him with the helmet. This can be an important evidence against her if the asshole decides to sue, she could lose her job over this and get into legal trouble.

If Mel gets in trouble, what will happen to Lynn? We all know she’s going to have a heartbreak. Will this escalate her sickness?

All these questions come up just because Mel went after the guy. This chapter kinda shows us that Mel is not that level headed and calm as we think she is. Even though she said she doesn’t put feelings and emotions into things she involves herself in, but actions are louder than words. Sometimes, the one that acts the coldest on the outside is the warmest inside.

Hopefully, Ratana will be nice after a her long vacation and not make me suffer through the next few chapters because I know shit is about to hit the fan.
