Fluttering My Feelings (Part 35)

I’m so so so so so so sorry for this such late update. I’ve been really busy at work and at life. Working two jobs is not easy people but I’ll manage…somehow. Also, I’m starting to get sick, my mucus won’t stay in my nose and keep wanting to keep coming out from my nostrils, it’s really annoying.

Anyway, I feel like updating on Saturday may not be a good idea with the schedule I have now. Maybe, starting next week or soon I’ll change the schedule back to Tuesday or Wednesday, which is what the updated day is before.

So let’s get started but before we start, the usual, I will like to pay tributes and give credits where they are due. First off, thank you Ssamba for blessing us with this great manhwa, which I’m sure we’ll spend countless of hours reading and fangirling over the 2 characters. I also want to thank the translators and staffs for doing an awesome job in translating and uploading because without you guys, I wouldn’t know shit of what I’m reading and experience this awesomeness romance.

Oh, did I mention that this is a yuri manhwa? Well, it is.

This looks like a beginning of a horror movie. A steep snowy hill, bad thoughts, heartbreak… or a bad romance.

Yeah, it looks like Seol-A is about to jump to her death.

Of course that’s not going to happen. This is Fluttering Feelings, oh wait, someone is already dead before halfway through the story. I can’t say Ssamba is not going to throw us a curve ball and decides to kill Seol-A and makes it a horrible twist.

Let’s get back to the story. Oh, the ex. I forgot he exists.

Well the rule is that if you don’t know how to ski then you shouldn’t even come to the ski resort, No-Rae is an exception. My baby is always an exception, so the ex should just stay in Seoul.

Really? You really have no idea? I don’t believe you.

I feel like this is some elaborate plan that the ex cooks up just to ‘accidentally’ bump into No-Rae and pretends, “Oh look, I didn’t know you’re here. What a coincidence.” What a bunch of bullshits.

It’s obvious that the ex wants No-Rae back. What I wanna know is what the hell is No-Rae thinking wasting time with him when she should be spending time with her baby, albeit that Seol-A ditches her and go snowboarding but still!

O shit, did No-Rae get kidnapped?!

… Of course not. This is Fluttering Feelings, there’s no kidnapping in here.

What the hell is wrong with the cougar’s face? Like she’s constipated and needs to go to the bathroom.

My baby has been drinking? Why is she drinking? She’s drinking because she met her ex or because Seol-A ditches her? Why?

Oh Seol-A, you ask such an important question but I don’t think No-Rae will like to be on the receiving end of it from the cougar woman. I mean look at those fingernails. Can I say ouch?

You have some superpowers that I don’t know about, Seol-A? You’re practically 20 feet away from them, she has her back facing you and you can’t even hear what they’re saying and you can obviously tell something is going on?

Well, here’s what I think. I think you’re insecure and you’re jumping to conclusion, which I don’t blame you. I will be a little insecure and nervous too but I’m nervous about if I’m going to win the fight. If I see my girl with her ex and they’re laughing crazily like a hyena, you bet my ass I’ll kick their asses to the curb.

SHE’S NOT HAPPY! I MEAN LOOK AT HER FACE WHEN YOU TELL HER YOU CAN’T BE WITH HER AND YOU RATHER GO SNOWBOARDING!

This is one thing I agree with you, Seol-A. The ex looks too innocent to be nice. I mean remember the crazy psycho, where everyone think he’s a goody two shoes but look how he turns out to be.

Then confess again! I know it’s hard and the courage you build up get shot down by the stupid ex but goddam it, just confess again. It’ll work out, trust me.

Fight his ass. Fight his ass until No-Rae picks a side but I’m pretty sure she’ll pick your side.

Ah, flashback*

She looks like she’ll about to devour her prey.

The girl finally says what she wants but the right person is not there to hear it, all these bad timings.

Wrap Up

If I cry will I be too much of a drama queen? But my heart really wavers when Seol-A looks like she’ll about to break down because of all the uncertainties. It’s the freaking ex that ruins everything. If he didn’t show up when Seol-A about to confess, shits won’t be this complicated. We’ll have two happy lovers instead of three fools stressing over themselves wondering what others are thinking.

The chapter started out with lonely Seol-A snowboarding by herself while we had No-Rae hanging out with her ex. Their conversation was not important, what was important was that there might be a subtle hint that this ‘coincidence’ that the ex happened to be there may not be an ‘accident’. Anyway, Seol-A came back to her room, couldn’t find No-Rae, later found out that No-Rae was knockout in Enah’s room (very questionable) drinking too much and Enah was in her bathrobe (detail that should be mention).

Looking at No-Rae, Seol-A suddenly became overwhelmed and almost broke down. She questioned if No-Rae might be happy that the ex was here and she questioned herself why she couldn’t tell No-Rae her own feelings. Enah (the smart woman that she is) seemed to figure that something was going on between the girls (duh, it’s kinda obvious something is going on) but she couldn’t come to the conclusion that the girls might have feelings for each other.

This whole manhwa is build on a foundation of misunderstandings, bad timings and cliches. If freaking Seol-A arrives 30 minutes early, she freaking can experience the whole hand grab thing and the ‘don’t go, stay with me’. Maybe then she gets her courage back and confesses to her girl once more before any douches come out and ruin the freaking moment again.
